• Take INTERSTATE 95 SOUTH. Follow the signs to Washington, D.C.; approximately 25 miles south of Baltimore, 1-95 South will merge with INTERSTATE 495, also known as THE BELTWAY. Get in the right lane and follow the signs to I-495 WEST: COLLEGE PARK, SILVER SPRING.

• Exit at 31B the sign will say GEORGIA AVENUE/SILVER SPRING; stay in right lane and after one-half mile, make a right on 16th STREET. Follow 16th Street south for about 15 minutes to K STREET NORTHWEST.

• The spa will be on your left (next to the Capital Hilton), between K and L Streets, at 16TH AND K STREETS. Facing you two blocks down 16th Street is the White House.

From points NORTHWEST, such as Frederick, Maryland:

• Take 270 south to INTERSTATE 495 (also known as THE BELTWAY) toward Virginia.

• From the Beltway, exit onto the GEORGE WASHINGTON PARKWAY southeast toward D.C.

• Continue southeast on the G. W. Parkway for about nine miles until you get to the THEODORE ROOSEVELT BRIDGE (Route 50); cross bridge. Once across the bridge, Route 50 becomes CONSTITUTION AVENUE.

• Continue east on Constitution Avenue for about nine blocks. Turn left (north) onto 17th STREET NORTHWEST.

• Drive north approximately eight blocks. Turn right (east) on K STREET. Go two blocks to 16th STREET and turn left. THE CAPITAL CITY CLUB & SPA will be on your right, at the corner of Sixteenth and K Streets (next to the Capital Hilton).

From points SOUTH (i.e. Richmond and Fredericksburg):

• Take INTERSTATE 95 NORTH. Follow signs that direct you to WASHINGTON, D.C.

• In SPRINGFIELD, VIRGINIA take INTERSTATE 395 NORTH into Washington.

• Stay on 395 North, following signs for Washington, ROUTE ONE, and THE 14th STREET BRIDGE. Cross the 14th Street Bridge (also known as Route One) over the POTOMAC RIVER. Stay in the FAR LEFT LANES.

• Once across the bridge, Route One becomes 14th STREET. Continue north on 14th Street approximately six blocks to K STREET; turn left and go two blocks to 16th AND K STREETS NORTHWEST. The spa will be on your right, at the corner of 16th and K STREETS NORTHWEST (next to the Capital Hilton).

From points EAST (i.e. Annapolis or Maryland’s Eastern Shore):

• Take ROUTE 50 WEST, following the signs for Washington, D.C. Once in D.C., Route 50 becomes NEW YORK AVENUE.

• Follow New York Avenue about six miles to 7th STREET NORTHWEST. Turn right. Go one block to L STREET. Turn left; to two blocks to 9th STREET. Turn left again; to two blocks to K STREET. Once on K Street, drive eight blocks to THE CAPITAL CITY CLUB & SPA at the corner of 16th AND K STREETS NORTHWEST. The spa will be on the right (next to the Capital Hilton).

From points WEST (i.e. Rt. 66/McLean/Charlottesville):

• Take ROUTE 66, following the signs to Washington, D.C. Take the THEODORE ROOSEVELT BRIDGE (ROUTE 50) into Washington proper. Once across the bridge, Route 50 becomes CONSTITUTION AVENUE NORTHWEST.

• Continue east on Constitution Avenue for about twelve blocks. Turn left on 17th STREET and go eight blocks to I (I.E., EYE) STREET; turn right and go two blocks to 16th STREET and turn left. A block to the right is THE WHITE HOUSE; a block to the left is THE CAPITAL CITY CLUB & SPA, occupying the corner lot at 16th AND K STREETS NORTHWEST (next to the Capital Hilton).
